With all the germs being spread around and the lack of energy most of us are experiencing is a reminder that we need to rest. Getting enough quality sleep every day and taking time to unwind throughout the day is beneficial. Not only will your productivity increase, but also you’re willingness to stay positive.
Taking a 5 minute break every hour helps you relax and stay focused on your work. Remember that changing position every 20 minutes is necessary to avoid the negative effects of maintaining the same posture for a prolonged time.
Regular stretching breaks and sufficient rest helps you hurt less, move better and live well.
