Clinic Updates

As many of you may know I have been busy working on some new things for the clinics as of late.

I’ve almost completed the Thompson Technique training modules and am looking forward to implementing the protocols in the office. If you notice that I am assessing or treating you a bit differently or a combination of new and old techniques, pay attention to how you feel after your treatments. I would appreciate the feedback to know if you like the new changes or don’t mind one way or the other.

I have been asked to collaborate on a new and exciting project targeting culinary self regulation (CSR) techniques and how nutrition plays a role in mental health. If you or someone you know suffers from a mild to moderate mental health issue, such as stress, anxiety or depression, this project will be something to keep an eye on. I may require volunteers to help me on some clinical cases studies and will reach out to those who qualify. I’d like to thank my new friend Marjorie Steenson of M and R Catering for this opportunity and look forward to seeing where it takes us.

In order to prepare for this collaboration, I do need to modify my clinic hours and will be completing another course for a short time period. Please pay attention to changes in my schedule so you can book accordingly. Updates to schedules, where to find information and hopefully how to attend some informative workshops will be available in the upcoming months. I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Helping you move better for life,

Dr. Shruti Sharma
